‘Constellation’ concert @ Stowmarket John Peel Centre

Acclaimed Suffolk community choir Pop Chorus present their first show in two years, in a sensational concert series showcasing their choirs in beautiful local venues.
Taking inspiration from a decidedly starry theme, encompassing satellites, celestial bodies and lunar landings, these atmospheric and intimate concerts will feature arrangements of an eclectic blend of very special songs. We’re delighted to be joined by actor Julia Marsen to interject excerpts of spoken word, and Jan Pulsford on keys to weave extra layers of magic through the evening. This promises to be a unique and stunning series of performances.
With seven groups around Suffolk, our choirs are stars in their own right, and they form the constellation that makes up our Pop Chorus family. And the very special local organisations we’re supporting this year really do sparkle – and they are the stars that bind our communities. Together, we can make something truly stellar…
So we’ll also be raising funds on the night for Stowmarket Jam Community Pot – supported by our Stowmarket choir.
